Because of language and culture barriers, elderly immigrants and refugees are often isolated from society.  

Our aim is to create a supportive environment for these elderly to bond with each other through different social events. 

At the same time, these events provide the opportunity for the youth to be more involved with the elderly and thus bridge the generational and cultural gaps that often exist in immigrants' families.
