PAIRWN is run by a Board of Directors elected on a rolling basis. All programs and services are directly overseen by the Board. Board members also take responsibility for specific projects throughout the year; if you have a question about a specific PAIRWN event, please see below for the contact person.

Nominations for participation on the Board are sought from our members and biographies of candidates are reviewed by the current Board.

PAIRWN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the well-being of immigrant and refugee communities in Pennsylvania. As the first organization in Pennsylvania to focus directly on immigrant and refugee women's issues, PAIRWN has a crucial and ground-breaking mission.
