Our organization is led and managed by immigrant and refugee women, and we value lived experience alongside professional expertise.

PAIRWN’s Student Intern Program offers students from local colleges and universities hands-on experience in nonprofit community service. Past interns have contributed to communications, website development, community outreach, and program support. Our internships are designed to develop professional skills while building a deeper understanding of the immigrant and refugee experience in Central Pennsylvania.
